I bring a banking background, a founder’s perspective and experience across China, the UK and Germany to the stage, to commercial decisions and to team learning.
I built a career in international banking before co-founding U Impact. Founding a company brought a new challenge: turning an idea into something other people could use.
That experience shapes the work I offer through speaking, strategic advisory and workshops. I bring commercial discipline, a founder’s perspective and attention to the people involved.
Growing up in China, studying and working in the UK, and founding a business in Germany have shaped the perspective I bring to audiences and partnerships.
