NEXTGEN WEALTH ADVISORY LTD
Postal contact: business address in the legal notice
Website delivery and security
Deliver the pages and assets you request, maintain website availability and diagnose or prevent faults and misuse.
Information: Connection and request information, including IP address, requested page or resource, HTTP metadata, and technical status and security information used to deliver and protect the website.
Legal basis: Legitimate interests in delivering and protecting this professional website (Article 6(1)(f)).
Provide the pages visitors request, maintain a reliable professional contact presence and protect the service and visitors against faults and abuse. Optional audience analytics is a separate purpose requiring your consent.
Recipients: Vercel (website hosting)
Retention: Connection information is processed to deliver your request and protect the website. Vercel publishes a one-day runtime-log period for standard Pro accounts, extended to 30 days with Observability Plus. No forwarding of this project’s logs to another service is configured. Separate service-generated security and operational records follow Vercel’s retention criteria: operating and protecting the service, meeting legal obligations and handling actual disputes. Vercel deletes or anonymises that information when it no longer needs it for those purposes. Where we preserve a record for a specific incident or legal claim, we limit it to what that matter requires.
Business enquiries and correspondence
When you contact NEXTGEN WEALTH ADVISORY LTD about speaking, event hosting, strategic advisory or workshops, the information you provide is used to understand and respond to your request and discuss a possible engagement.
Information: Your name and reply details, information you choose to provide about your organisation, requested service, event dates/location and brief, and related correspondence metadata.
Legal basis: For ordinary business correspondence with people representing organisations, the basis is legitimate interests in responding to relevant enquiries and developing professional engagements (Article 6(1)(f)). Where an individual asks for steps towards a contract with them personally, Article 6(1)(b) applies to those steps.
Understand and respond to relevant business requests from people representing organisations, assess the fit of an engagement and organise professional correspondence. Information is limited to the request and is not an analytics or marketing subscription.
Recipients: Microsoft 365 email
Retention: Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after 12 months without further substantive contact. Confirmed engagements move to a separate contract and accounting retention schedule. Necessary records may be retained longer for an actual legal obligation or dispute, limited to what that obligation or claim requires.
This rule covers the correspondence we retain for handling enquiries. Deleting a message from the active mailbox does not necessarily remove recovery or protected service copies immediately. Those copies follow Microsoft 365’s service-deletion lifecycle and any applicable legal preservation requirement. Records needed for an actual obligation or dispute are limited to the relevant matter and retained until that requirement ends. Contact us for information about the handling or deletion of your particular information.
Online enquiry submission and abuse prevention
Send your contact-form or booking-popup request to NEXTGEN WEALTH ADVISORY LTD and limit automated or repeated misuse of this submission service. Submitting an enquiry does not confirm a booking or subscribe you to marketing.
Information: The name, reply email, service and brief you submit; organisation, timing, location, event format, audience size and budget if supplied; page path, language and privacy acknowledgement. The server also uses connection information and an IP-address hash for short-lived attempt counts, plus a request identifier for retry deduplication. The email payload does not include your connection IP address.
Abuse prevention relies on legitimate interests in protecting this enquiry service (Article 6(1)(f)).
Deliver relevant professional enquiries and protect the service against spam, repeated submissions and misuse with proportionate validation and attempt limits. The privacy acknowledgement is not consent to unrelated processing.
Recipients: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.), Microsoft 365 email
Retention: Unsent details remain in the current page or booking dialog; successful submission clears that form. Resend retains email and log data for 30 days on the selected Free plan, with 7-day backups; remaining customer data is deleted within 90 days after account termination. A temporary request reference prevents duplicate sending for 24 hours. In-process IP-hash attempt counts use a 10-minute window; expired counts are removed on a later valid submission or when the process ends. Hosting and security records follow the retention information above. Correspondence received in Microsoft 365 follows our enquiry policy.
Optional website measurement: only if you accept
If optional analytics is enabled and you accept it, measure which pages are useful and how visitors reach the site, so that content and navigation can be improved. This service is not used for advertising or assessing your enquiry.
Information: Approved page paths and limited referral information, with query strings and fragments removed; visit time, browser/operating-system and device information, and approximate location. External referrals are limited to the referring site’s root URL. Visits with potentially sensitive referrer URLs are not measured. Incoming network requests, including IP addresses, are processed by Vercel to derive its short-lived visitor hash. The integration sends no names, email addresses, form contents or custom event payloads, and uses no identify/group calls or analytics cookies.
Legal basis: Your consent to optional analytics (Article 6(1)(a)). You can reject it or withdraw at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. Withdrawing stops future optional measurement; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Recipients: Vercel Web Analytics (optional)
Retention: Vercel discards the request-derived visitor session after 24 hours. This is separate from the statistics shown in reports. Standard Pro reports provide a 12-month reporting window; Vercel may store statistics beyond that window. Customer data remains subject to the covered service agreement and its deletion process when the service ends, while service-generated information follows Vercel’s stated operational, security and legal retention criteria. Your privacy choice remains valid in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawal stops future optional measurement; it does not automatically erase earlier statistics. Contact us about information relating to you.
Sending an enquiry
When online sending is available, the form submits your enquiry through the sending service described above. If submission fails, your details remain on the page so you can try again. If online sending is unavailable, use the alternative contact details on the contact page.

Google Search Console and search performance
We use Google Search Console to review how this website appears in Google Search, including impressions, clicks and search queries in its reports. Search Console is separate from Google Analytics. We do not install Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager visitor-tracking scripts on this website. DNS records, HTML files and meta tags can verify site ownership without installing a visitor-analytics script. Google separately processes information when you use Google Search under its own privacy policy.
Information you choose to provide
You choose whether to contact us. An enquiry needs a way to reply and enough information to understand your request; without these we may be unable to respond meaningfully. Organisation and additional event details are optional. The website does not require these details by law. This site does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about you by automated means.
Your rights and contact
You may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Where applicable, you may request data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Use the contact details in the legal notice to contact NEXTGEN WEALTH ADVISORY LTD. Requests are normally free and will be handled within the applicable statutory time limits; any permitted extension or identity check will be explained.
Right to object
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact NEXTGEN WEALTH ADVISORY LTD using the details in the legal notice. We will stop that processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, or need it for establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.

We acknowledge data-protection complaints within 30 days, investigate without undue delay, keep you informed and communicate the outcome. You can also complain to a supervisory authority. In the EU you can contact the authority for your habitual residence, place of work or the place of an alleged infringement.
